Rules of NALZS Drawings:

 

Rules will be posted online and outside the collection box. 

 

No Purchase Necessary. Only completed passport postcards will be eligible.

Winners must be present to claim their prizes.

ELIGIBILITY: Anyone 6 years of age or older (with legal guardian consent) can enter the giveaways except NALZS current or previous staff, board members, volunteers, others associated with the organization and their immediate family. Consent is given when the postcard is placed into the drawing box. (Previous staff, board members, volunteers, others associated with the organization and their immediate family is defined as working with or for NALZS within the last 18 months.)

 

CHANCES: Chance of winning depends upon the number of eligible entries received. Entry constitutes permission given to NALZS to use the winner's name and hometown without additional compensation. A list of the winners' names will be kept on file at NALZS for 30 days and is available by emailing education@NALZS.org. NALZS will not disclose to the public any entrant or winner address, phone number, or email contact information.

 

GENERAL: By participating in giveaways, participants agree to the official rules, and that NALZS and its staff and volunteers will have no liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of the prize or their participation in the giveaway. NALZS reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event an awarded prize becomes unavailable.  Winners may not exchange or assign prizes or redeem them for cash.  The prizes range in value, up to $175. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with claiming or using the prize.  NALZS disclaims all warranties, guarantees or representations express or implied, concerning the condition, quality, or merchantability of any prize.

RESTRICTIONS: One entry per person. Only one prize per family.  An entrant who wins any fundraiser or  prize giveaway will not be eligible for any additional giveaway prizes during the current fundraiser campaign (within a fiscal year.) The free session of camp is only for the child listed and cannot be transferred to anyone, including but not limited to,  other family members or friends. NALZS reserves the right to cancel any giveaway and not award any prize in the event that in its judgment unforeseen developments warrant cancellation.

BE A LITTLE WILD CAMP:  Winner must follow NALZS camp registration procedures including, but not limited to, registering for camp online, submitting applicable documents and following camp expectations and guidelines. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the prize.
